Beau Romero, RN leads HealthSense’s nurse-led care management team and healthcare advocacy for families across New York City. With a foundation in clinical nursing and healthcare operations, he helps aging adults and medically complex clients navigate the U.S. healthcare system with clarity and confidence.

Before nursing, Beau earned a degree in business communications and worked in the audiology sector, building strong client relationships that still shape his hands-on approach today. After graduating from Louisiana State University, he served as a trauma nurse and developed deep experience in emergency care, crisis management, and triage. He later transitioned to community-based care—focusing on home care services, palliative care, and long-term planning for older adults with chronic and complex conditions.

Today, Beau combines clinical expertise with project management and operations to coordinate personalized, clinically sound care plans aligned with each client’s goals and values. Whether guiding a hospital discharge, coordinating in-home services, or advocating through complex medical decisions, he is a trusted partner who ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
