Jessica Richter, RN, BSN

Jessica is an RN Case Manager, and a registered nurse with numerous years of expertise in geriatric care, home case management, and behavioral health. Jessica began her career in the healthcare field at the age of 19, working as a caregiver with the geriatric population. She fell in love with caring for and advocating for those in need, and so pursued her nursing education as a way to broaden the ways in which she could care for the elderly. Once graduated from nursing school, Jessica began her nursing career caring for those with dementia and various other behavioral health concerns. She stayed working with geriatrics through behavioral health programs, memory care centers, and home health. Jessica also has a background and several years experience in end of life planning and hospice. Assisting individuals to age in place with the best quality of life is a passion of Jessica’s, and what drives her to continue in the healthcare field as a registered nurse. Jessica prides herself in a holistic approach to care, and meeting each client where they are to best serve them.
